Speciality & Fine Foods Fair

Whenever I get the chance at work I love to go to exhibitions and fairs at places like Earls Court and Kensington Olympia, one of my favorates being Imbibe live… a brilliant exhibition at Kensington Olympia,annual exhibition for anyone who sources, buys or serves drinks in the licensed on-trade. Basically a chance for you to go around and get pissed within work hours while ‘researching’.

Anyway, the Speciality & Fine Foods Fair is still pretty good, a chance to see big and small brands and get loads of samples of different food and drink.

I’m not sure if this is a good or bad tip, but it’s worked for me every time, try and go towards the end of the day on the very last day. You may find that this means everyone is lacking in energy, ready to go home and even starting to pack up… however, it may also mean that people are desperate to get rid of their samples! Which they always are, so it’s great for getting a few more freebees, but if you actually want to get good business from people – not so much.
