Gin and pink grapefruit fizz

Another long successful week at work, another Friday drinks!

Here’s this weeks vlog and recipe:


  • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil, plus 1 sprig for garnishing
  • ice
  • one half pink grapefruit juice
  • 25ml gin
  • one half tonic water
  • angostura bitters
  • white sugar


  1. Coat rim of glass with sugar.
  2. Muddle basil in bottom of tall glass.
  3. Add ice, grapefruit juice, gin and tonic. Stir, then top with a few drops bitters. Garnish with basil sprig.
