Another long successful week at work, another Friday drinks!
Here’s this weeks vlog and recipe:
- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil, plus 1 sprig for garnishing
- one half pink grapefruit juice
- 25ml gin
- one half tonic water
- angostura bitters
- white sugar
- Coat rim of glass with sugar.
- Muddle basil in bottom of tall glass.
- Add ice, grapefruit juice, gin and tonic. Stir, then top with a few drops bitters. Garnish with basil sprig.
